Hi, I'm Yuriy and I am the founder of YB Photo, formerly Altoona Photography. I've been photographing people and places since I was nine years old. I enjoy photographing nature, and people (and people in their natural environment). I love photographing under natural light. My first camera was a Russian Smena and I used to spend hours locked in the dark room under red light developing my own prints.I got into professional photography after seeing that a lot of people enjoy my work. Taking wedding photos gives me a great satisfaction that the couple chose to include me in their special day and that the photos I take will be shared between future generations.
I started Altoona Photography while living in Altoona, PA, where the business took off within just one year. Now that I moved to Pittsburgh, Altoona Photography is no longer an appropriate name, therefore, the change.
Hi, I'm Brad. I didn't really get into photography until college and soon after graduating. Growing up my family was always enthusiastic about getting pictures of us and when we went on trips, but I never really thought too much of it. I soon realized how important it was to capture these moments to keep forever, especially now with my family and my son. I pretty much became self taught learning a lot about photography through books, friends and outings. I love every moment of it now, some of my favorites include landscapes, animals, portraits of my son, and night photography.
